Juliana Derr is the founder and CEO of PartnerAlly, a Stanford AI for Good Fellow, and the visionary behind The Kind Power, an initiative empowering women and children through healing, education, and socio-economic transformation.
For nearly twenty years, she led at the intersection of technology and transformation, shaping global operations and driving innovation at Apple, Cisco Systems, and Barnes & Noble.
A former Olympic-trained athlete, ultra runner, and mountaineer, Juliana brings the same resilience, focus, and determination that fuel her athletic pursuits to her mission of building ethical, human-centered innovation and global impact.

After immigrating to the United States alone at nineteen with just one hundred dollars, Juliana built her life from the ground up, navigating adversity in both business and personal partnerships. Her experience rebuilding after personal and financial loss deepened her understanding of resilience and became the foundation for The Kind Power, where she now champions trauma-informed empowerment and socio-economic independence for women and children.
Through PartnerAlly, she advances the ethical use of artificial intelligence and develops solutions that help businesses grow responsibly. As an impact investor, mentor, and coach, Juliana continues to unite communities and ventures that align profit with purpose, proving that true leadership is built on integrity, compassion, and the courage to rise again.
